妊娠合并急性阑尾炎围手术期的护理对策探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨在妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者围术期护理中,展开综合护理的价值。方法 选取80例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预。比较两组心理状态、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.50%低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预可改善妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者围术期心理状态,降低并发发生率,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in perioperative nursing of pregnant patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 80 pregnant patients with acute appendicitis were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.50% lower than that of control group 17.50%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the perioperative psychological state of pregnant patients with acute appendicitis,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
