温阳活血通络中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变温阳活血通络中药治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性选取鱼台县中医院糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,分为温阳活血通络中药结合西药治疗组、单独西药治疗组两组,各50例。统计分析两组中医症候积分、临床评分、临床疗效、糖代谢指标、NGF浓度、神经传导速度。结果:观察组患者的肢体疼痛、肢体麻木、感觉异常、自汗畏风、身倦乏力、气短懒言积分及总积分、Toronto临床评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),NGF浓度、右侧胫神经、正中神经SCV、MCV均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变温阳活血通络中药治疗的疗效显著。jObjective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine of warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals..Methods:1o0 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups:combination treatment group(50 cases)and routine Western Medicine Treatment group(50 cases).We analyzed statistically on the TCM syndrome scores,clinical scores,clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism indicators,NGF concentration,and nerve conduction velocity of two groups.Results:shortness of breath,total score and Toronto clinical score in combination treatment group were lower than those in alone treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined drug group was higher than that of single drug group(P<0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in combination treatment group were lower than those in single treatment group(P<0.05),and NGF concentration,right tibial nerve,median nerve SCV and MCV were higher than those in single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine of warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals is significant.
