摘  要:本文对土壤有效磷预处理和测定方法进行综述:Bray-1法适用于酸性土壤中有效磷的提取,Olsen法适用于中性和石灰性土壤有效磷的提取。Mehlich-3法和ASI法使用了Bray-1法和Olsen法结合的联合浸提剂,扩大了方法的适用范围,具有广阔的应用前景。钼锑抗比色法应用最早也最广泛,但其检查范围窄且操作繁琐。ICP-OES和ICP-MS以其检出限低,准确度高、精密度好,线性动态范围宽,测定效率高,有望成为有效磷主要测试方法。This article provides a review of soil available phosphorus pretreatment and determination methods:Bray-1 method is suitable for the extraction of available phosphorus in acidic soil,while Olsen method is suitable for the extraction of available phosphorus in neutral and calcareous soil.The Mehlich-3 method and ASI method use a combined extraction agent of Bray-1 method and Olsen method,which expands the applicability of the method and has broad application prospects.The molybdenum antimony colorimetric method is the earliest and most widely used,but its inspection range is narrow and the operation is cumbersome.ICP-OES and ICP-MS,with their low detection limit,high accuracy,good precision,wide linear dynamic range,and high determination efficiency,are expected to become the main testing methods for effective phosphorus.
