摘 要:本研究通过优化ASE萃取法的条件,确定最佳的前处理方法,经GC-MS/MS测定,建立一套完善的土壤中酰胺类农药和拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。该方法能够同时检测土壤中8种酰胺类和10种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留。其中8种酰胺类农药的检测浓度在1.0~50.0mg/L范围内,10种拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测浓度在10.0~100.0mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均r≥0.99。酰胺类农药的检出限为3.0~6.1ng/g,平均回收率为75.0%~83.8%;拟除虫菊酯类农药检出限为30.7~73.0ng/g,平均回收率为91.8%~102.3%。This study determines the best pre-processing method by optimizing the conditions of the ASE extraction method.By GC-MS/MS determination,a complete set of analysis methods for amide and pyrethroids pesticides in soil was established.This method can simultaneously detect eight amides and tenpyrethroids pesticide residues in soil.The eight amide pesticides in the range of 1.0-50.0mg/L and the ten pyrethroid pesticides in the range of 10.0-100.0mg/Lhad good linearity.The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99.The detection limit of amide pesticides was 3.0-6.1ng/g,and the average recovery rate was 75.0%-83.8%;The detection limit of pyrethroid pesticides was 30.7-73.0ng/g,and the average recovery rate was 91.8%-102.3%.
