摘 要:针对碳纤维增强复合材料叠层钛合金铆钉铆接时出现的钛合金铆钉难变形、铆接干涉量不均匀等问题,提出了一种横向超声振动辅助铆接技术,以改善钛合金铆钉塑性、促进接头干涉量均匀分布。通过建立不同振幅和表面粗糙度的铆接实验,定量分析了铆接相对干涉量、镦头尺寸偏差与形貌及力学性能。研究结果表明,振幅越大,相对干涉量越大,在振幅为21μm时可实现较为理想的相对干涉量配合,其相对干涉量范围在1.72%~1.54%之间;粗糙度对相对干涉量的影响较小,但粗糙度越大,塑性改善越显著,镦头尺寸偏差越大。此外,拉伸实验结果表明,普通铆接的最大拉伸载荷为4166.21 N,在振幅为26μm时横向超声振动辅助铆接的最大拉伸载荷为4562.32 N,提高了9.51%。For the problems of difficult deformation of titanium alloy rivets and uneven riveting interference amount when riveting carbon fiber reinforced polymer titanium alloy rivets,a transverse ultrasonic vibration assisted riveting technology was proposed to improve the plasticity of titanium alloy rivets and promote the even distribution of joint interference amount,and by establishing riveting experiments with different amplitudes and surface roughnesses,the relative interference amount of riveting,size deviation of upsetting head,morphology and mechanical properties were quantitatively analyzed.The research results show that the larger the amplitude is,the greater the relative interference amount is.When the amplitude is 2lμm,a more ideal relative interference amount is achieved,and the relative interference amount ranges is 1.72%-1.54%.Roughness has little effect on the relative interference amount,but the greater the roughness is,the more significant the plasticity improvement is,and the larger the size deviation of upsetting head is.In addition,the tensile experiment results show that the maximum tensile load of ordinary riveting is 4166.21 N,and the maximum tensile load of transverse ultrasonic vibration assisted riveting is 4562.32 N when the amplitude is 26μm,which increases by 9.51%.
