摘 要:漏磁检测技术可应用于锅炉水冷壁管内腐蚀缺陷的检测中,而锅炉水冷壁管的鳍片会对漏磁检测产生影响,因此,对有无鳍片的水冷壁管建立三维模型,分别分析缺陷处漏磁场的空间分布状况,并进行对比,最后开展了试验验证。试验结果表明:有无鳍片水冷壁管的漏磁场强度均随腐蚀缺陷尺寸的增大而增大,两者趋势相同;鳍片的存在会分走一部分磁场,使缺陷处的漏磁场强度减弱,漏磁信号变小,漏磁特征信号强度下降40%左右。试验能够为漏磁检测技术在锅炉水冷壁管中的应用提供理论支撑。The magnetic leakage detection technology can be applied to the detection of boiler water wall pipe,but the fins of boiler water wall pipe will have an impact on the magnetic leakage detection.Therefore,this paper established a three-dimensional model of water wall pipe with or without fins,and made a comparative analysis.Experimental verification was carried out.The results showed that the leakage magnetic field intensity of the water-cooled wall tube with or without fins increased with the increase of the defect size,and the trend was the same.The existence of the fin will take away part of the magnetic field,so that the strength of the leakage magnetic field at the defect was weakened,and the magnetic leakage signal became smaller.This study can provide theoretical support for the application of magnetic flux leakage detection technology in boiler water wall tube.
