摘　　要：目的 了解连云港市赣榆区近年男性长途卡车司机性传播疾病(sexually transmitted diseases, STD)的感染现状及其对高危性行为防治知识的掌握情况,为制定性病防制策略及科学干预提供依据。方法 从2010-2021年赣榆区长卡司机中每年抽取400人作为调查对象,采用面对面方式开展匿名高危性行为和艾滋病防治知识问卷调查,同时采集血样进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus, HCV)、梅毒螺旋体(Treponema pallidum,TP)的血清学检测,对数据进行统计描述并使用χ2检验进行统计比较。结果 共监测卡车司机4 800人,平均年龄(38.0±7.6)岁,初中文化程度者占79.73%;对“正确配戴安全套”、“输血可能传播艾滋病”知识掌握较好,正确回答率分别占90.06%和85.33%,呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)=26.38,P<0.05);最近1年与非婚姻性伴侣发生过性关系的1 627人中,每次均使用安全套者占82.00%;HIV、梅毒螺旋体和HCV的抗体阳性率分别为0%、1.02%和0.17%。结论 赣榆区长卡司机性传播疾病知识的知晓率较高,性传播疾病感染率低,但存在高危性行为。应采取有针对性的防治措施,加强性传播疾病的综合预防。Objective To understand the status of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)infection among male long-haul truck drivers in Ganyu District of Lianyungang in recent years and their knowledge of prevention and treatment of mastery of high-risk sexual behaviors,so as to provide the basis for formulating STD prevention and control strategies and scientific intervention.Methods From 2010 to 2021,400 long-haul truck drivers were selected as respondents each year in Ganyu District.Face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted on anonymous high-risk sexual behaviors and AIDS prevention knowledge.Blood samples were collected for serological detection of Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),Hepatitis C virus(HCV)and Treponema pallidum(TP).The data were statistically described and compared using chi-square test.Results A total of 4800 long-haul truck drivers were monitored,with an average age of(38.0±7.6)years old,and 79.73%of them had a junior high school education level.They had a good grasp of the knowledge of"Correct use of condoms"and"Blood transfusion may transmit AIDS",the correct answer rates were 90.06%and 85.33%,respectively,showed an increasing trend from year to year(X2=26.38,P<0.05).Among the 1627 people who had sex with non-marital partners in the last year,82.00%of them used condoms every time.The positive rate of antibody for HIV,TP and HCV were 0%,1.02%and 0.17%,respectively.Conclusion The long-haul truck drivers in Ganyu District have a good awareness of STD knowledge,and their infection rate of sexually transmitted diseases is low,but there are high-risk sexual behaviors.Targeted prevention and control measures should be taken to strengthen the comprehensive prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
