摘  要:基于能量守恒原理介绍了加热炉节能的各种形式及优缺点,从整个燃烧过程分析了加热炉迫切需要节能和降碳的现状。从节能控制方向提出了加热炉节能新思路,并从实际出发分析我国碳排放现状,从多维度提出了加热炉需要采取的降碳措施,为加热炉的发展指明了方向。Various forms and advantages and disadvantages of energy-saving in heating furnaces are introduced based on the principle of energy conservation.The urgent need for energy-saving and carbon reduction in heating furnaces are analyzed from the entire combustion process.New energy-saving ideas for heating furnaces are proposed from the perspective of energy-saving control.The current situation of carbon emissions in China is analyzed from a practical perspective,and carbon reduction measures are proposed for heating furnaces from multiple dimensions.It points out the direction for the development of heating furnace.
