摘  要:水冷振动炉排是一种非常适用于生物质燃料燃烧的锅炉,具有结构简单、热效率高等优点。分析了水冷振动炉排在实际应用过程中由于生物质燃料的不稳定性和秸秆本身的性质所导致的问题,包括燃烧运行不稳定、炉温不均匀、炉内秸秆燃烧不充分、炉渣含碳量高等。指出:在日常运行维护过程中,需要优化燃烧调整技术,以提高炉排的热效率和运行稳定性,降低炉渣含碳量和氮氧化物等污染物的排放。The water-cooled vibrating grate is a boiler very suitable for biomass fuel combustion,with the advantages of simple structure and high thermal efficiency.The problems caused by the instability of biomass fuel and the properties of straw itself in practical applications of water-cooled vibrating grate are analyzed,which include unstable combustion,uneven furnace temperature,insufficient combustion of straw in the furnace,and high carbon content of slag.It is pointed out that during daily operation and maintenance,it is necessary to optimize combustion regulation technology to improve the thermal efficiency and operational stability of the grate,as well as to reduce the carbon content and the emission of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides in the slag.
