摘 要:对加热炉炉底水管漏水的原因进行系统性分析,校核炉底水管的强度,对汽化冷却系统的水循环进行可靠性校验,对水管质量进行分析。在此基础上,提出并实施了多项改进措施,包括提高炉底纵水管的强度、更换纵水管炉头弯管、优化耐热滑块布置及提高安装精度、加强炉底水管绝热包扎维护等,彻底解决了炉底水管的漏水问题。The causes of water leakage in the bottom water pipe of the heating furnace are systematically analyzed,the strength of bottom water pipe is checked,the reliability of the water circulation in the vaporization cooling system is verified,and the quality of water pipe is analyzed.On the basis of systematic analysis,the multiple improvement measures are proposed and implemented,which include increasing the strength of the longitudinal water pipe at the bottom of the furnace,replacing the bending pipe of the longitudinal water pipe at the furnace head,optimizing the arrangement of heat-resistant sliders and improving installation accuracy,strengthening the insulation and wrapping maintenance of the bottom water pipe in furnace,etc.The problem of water leakage in the bottom water pipe of furnace is completely solved.
