摘 要:介绍了RH精炼炉炉衬的耐材结构及不同部位砖型的设计方法,使相关技术人员对RH精炼炉炉衬的耐材结构及砖型设计有所了解。RH精炼炉作为钢铁冶炼技术的关键设备,因其工作环境为连续高温状态,对耐材的结构要求极其苛刻,必须严格按照炉壳的形状进行耐火砖的砌筑,另需做到砌筑过程中错缝砌筑的要求,同时应满足一定的热膨胀要求,确保RH精炼炉在高温环境下的运行安全性。The resistance structure of RH refining furnace lining and the design methods of different brick types in different parts are introduced to enable the relevant technicians to have some understanding of the resistance structure and brick design of the RH refining furnace lining.As a key equipment in steel smelting technology,the RH refining furnace has extremely strict requirements for the structure of refractory materials due to its continuous high temperature working environment.It is necessary to strictly follow the shape of the furnace shell for the construction of refractory bricks,and also meet the requirements of staggered masonry during the construction process.At the same time,it should meet certain thermal expansion requirements to ensure the safe operation of the RH refining furnace in high temperature environments.
