摘 要:为提高生物质层燃锅炉的节能环保水平,根据生物质成型燃料的高挥发分化学特性,提出大弧形炉拱、大炉膛容积的结构设计,同时采用分段精准控制技术控制预热段、主燃段、燃尽段燃烧。并对设计研发的锅炉开展热工性能试验,结果表明:NO_(x)基准排放质量浓度控制到89.27 mg/m^(3),与传统型生物质低氮燃烧锅炉相比,NO_(x)排放浓度降低了20%;基于出水温度折算,燃料修正的锅炉热效率为86.69%,锅炉节能热效率指标达到国家标准规定的二级能效水平。In order to improve the energy-saving and environmental protection level of biomass layer combustion boilers,a structural design with a large arc furnace arch and large furnace volume is proposed based on the high volatile chemical characteristics of biomass briquetted fuel.At the same time,the precise zoning control technology is used to control the combustion in the preheating zone,main combustion zone,and burnout zone.The thermal performance test is conducted on the boiler designed and developed.The test results show that the mass concentration of NO_(x) benchmark emission is controlled to 89.27 mg/m^(3).Compared with the traditional biomass combustion boilers with low nitrogen,the NO_(x) emission concentration is reduced by 20%.The thermal efficiency of boiler based on the effluent temperature conversion and fuel correction is 86.69%,and the energy-saving thermal efficiency index of the boiler reaches the secondary energy efficiency level specified by national standard.
