摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨民办本科高校教学管理队伍能力提升的问题。通过对民办本科高校教学管理队伍的现状进行调查和分析,提出了一系列针对性的能力提升策略,以期提高民办本科高校的教学管理水平,促进学校的可持续发展。本研究采用问卷调查、访谈和文献资料分析等方法,对民办本科高校教学管理队伍的能力提升进行了深入研究。结果表明,民办本科高校教学管理队伍能力提升的关键在于加强培训、完善激励机制、提高团队合作意识等方面。本研究对民办本科高校教学管理队伍能力提升具有重要的启示意义。The purpose of this study is to explore the problem of improving the teaching management team ability in private undergraduate universities.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the teaching management team of private undergraduate universities,this paper puts forward a series of targeted strategies to improve the teaching management level of private undergraduate universities and promote the sustainable development of schools.This study uses the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis to conduct an in-depth study on the ability improvement of teaching management team in private undergraduate universities.The results show that the key to improve the teaching management team’s ability is to strengthen training,improve the incentive mechanism and improve the awareness of team cooperation.This study has important implications for the improvement of teaching management team ability in private undergraduate universities.
