摘　　要：2023年是全面贯彻党的二十大精神的开局之年,是我国疫情防控转段后经济恢复发展的一年。回望这一年,国际环境变乱交织,国内多重不利因素叠加,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,在全国上下共同努力下,我国经济顶住压力砥砺前行,总体恢复向好,主要预期目标圆满完成,高质量发展扎实推进,全面建设社会主义现代化国家迈出坚实步伐。《2023年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》记录了过去一年全国各族人民迎难而上、锐意进取的奋斗历程,展现了中国经济承压前行、波浪式发展的奋进轨迹,描绘了中国式现代化夯基蓄能、稳中有进的生动图景。The year 2023 marks the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and is a year of economic recovery and development after three years of COVID-19 pandemic.Looking back on the past year,China faced a complex and severe international environment at the global level and the intersection of various unfavorable factors at home.Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core and with the joint efforts of the whole country,China's economy has withstood the pressure,moved forward and maintained a positive recovery trend.The major expected goals have been successfully achieved,high-quality development has been soundly promoted.
