摘　　要：“中国特色”金融体现在两个维度。一个维度是现代金融体系的构成上,包括宏观调控和治理体系、金融监管和风险防范化解体系、机构和市场体系以及超越金融体系的组织管理体系。另一个维度是“中国特色”的内容上,包括坚持党的领导、服务国家战略、做优做强国有大型金融机构、构建中国特色现代金融企业制度,以及建立以行政管理为主、市场治理和司法救济为辅的市场秩序维护体系。The financial system with"Chinese characteristics"is reflected in two dimensions.One is the composition of the modern financial system,including the macro-control and governance system,the financial regulatory and risk prevention and mitigation system,the institutional and market system,and the organizational management system that transcends the financial system.The other is the content of"Chinese characteristics",covering upholding the leadership of the CPC,serving the national strategies,optimizing and strengthening state-owned large financial institutions,building a modern financial enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,and establishing a system for the maintenance of market order that is mainly based on administrative management,supplemented by market governance and judicial relief.
