摘　　要：面对新目标、新使命,纪检监督部门要锚定监督保障执行、促进完善发展,突出执纪监督主责主业,聚焦首要任务、主要任务、重点任务和基础任务,正方向、立规矩、明特色、优生态,以监督有为善为推动监管有效高效,协力推进上海金融业思想观念和行动大转变、工作大变样,从根本上解决一些长期存在的顽瘴痼疾,助力加快打造具有中国特色的、更加成熟的现代化国际金融中心。In the face of the new missions and new goals,the discipline supervision department should promote improvement and development and ensure implementation based on its supervision,highlight on the main responsibilities and priorities of disciplinary supervision,focus on the top priority,the main task,the key tasks,and the fundamental tasks.We should set the right direction,establish rules,clarify our characteristics,and optimize the ecological system.We should promote effective and efficient regulation,and work together to promote a significant transformation in the thinking and actions of the Shanghai financial sector,so as to fundamentally address some long-standing problems,and help accelerate the construction of a more robust and modern international financial centerwith Chinese characteristics.
