摘 要:“对话范式”是近年来指导国际传播实践的重要范式。然而伴随海外社交媒体成为国际传播的重要场域,传统“对话理论”面临社会网络关系盲区下的对象偏离和叙事错位困境。本文采取社会网络分析方法,聚焦海外社交媒体场域,结合数博会海外社交媒体传播实践,提出国际传播“对话范式”应基于海外社交媒体网络社会关系情境,引入“互动关系”“议题参与关系”和“权力关系”三大社会网络关系线索进行对话重构,以促进国际传播真正“对话”的发生。“Dialogue paradigm”is an important paradigm guiding international communication practice in recent years.However,with overseas social media becoming an important field of international communication,the traditional“dialogue theory”faces the dilemma of object deviation and narrative dislocation in the blind area of social network relations.This paper adopts the method of social network analysis,focuses on the overseas social media communication practice of“The International Big Data Industry Expo”to explore the“dialogue paradigm”of international communication from the perspective of relationship.It proposes that from the perspective of relationship,interaction,issue participation and power are the three basic aspects to deconstruct the structural characteristics of social network and promote the realization of real dialogue.The“dialogue paradigm”of international communication should be based on the context of social relations in overseas social media networks,and the three major social network relationship clues should be introduced for dialogue reconstruction,so as to promote the occurrence of real“dialogue”in international communication.
