基于ISM-MICMAC的低碳建筑发展制约因素研究

摘　　要：为了研究低碳建筑发展的制约因素及其相互关系,建立低碳建筑发展制约因素体系,并运用ISM和MICMAC分析制约因素之间的逻辑关系,构建了多层递阶结构模型和驱动力-依赖性象限分类图。结果表明:低碳建筑发展制约因素可划分为六层三阶的多层递阶结构;生产技术缺乏创新、技术人才短缺、低碳建筑施工难度大、理论知识和实际操作之间的脱节、成本认识存在误区、产业链不完整属于依赖因素群,具有强依赖性,为表层影响因素,受其他因素影响较大;未形成规模经济效益、相关政策法规不健全、缺乏有效的激励政策、政府推广强制性不足、缺乏明确的评价标准和体系属于独立因素群,具有强驱动力,是深层次的影响因素,对其他因素影响较大。To explore the constraints and interrelationships of low-carbon building development,an indicator system for low-carbon building development constraints was established,and the logical relationship between the constraints was analyzed using ISM and MICMAC.A multi-layer hierarchical structural model and a driving force dependency quadrant classification diagram were constructed.The results indicate that 1)the limiting factors for the development of low-carbon buildings can be divided into a multi-level hierarchical structure of six floors and three levels;2)the lack of innovation in production technology,shortage of technical talent,the complexity of low-carbon building construction,the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation,misconceptions about costs,and incomplete industrial chains belong to dependent groups and exhibit strong interdependencies,which are surface influencing factors and are greatly affected by other factors;3)the lack of economies of scale,incomplete relevant policies and regulations,lack of effective incentive policies,insufficient mandatory government promotion,and lack of clear evaluation standards and systems belong to independent groups and have strong driving forces,which are deep-level influencing factors and have great impacts on other factors.
