摘 要:全过程工程咨询团队跨界行为成为影响咨询项目绩效提升的重要因素。通过构建网络结构、跨界行为与项目绩效的概念模型,采用SEM-PLS实证得出:使节行为、侦测行为和协调行为在咨询绩效提升扮演不同中介作用。研究结果弥补了以往项目双边治理结构下提高咨询项目绩效的局限性,从网络嵌入新视角为咨询项目绩效改善路径提供理论依据,为咨询企业跨界行为定位以转型升级发展提供实践参考。The life-cycle engineering consulting team boundary spanning behavior becomes an important factor affecting the consulting project performance improvement.A concept model based on network structure,boundary spanning behavior to project performance was built,and an empirical research by SEM-PLS method was conducted to analyze the different mediating roles that detection behavior,coordination behavior,and ambassadorial behavior play in project performance improvement.The research results make up for the limitation of project performance improvement with the project bilateral governance structure in the past,providing a theoretical basis for the improvement path on project performance from the new perspective of network embeddedness.This research also provides a practical reference for the positioning of boundary-spanning behavior of consultancy enterprises to transform and upgrade their development.
