摘  要:施工事故的不确定性、突发性和复杂性决定了建筑施工企业应急管理的重要性。基于企业能力理论和任务型组织理论,识别出建筑施工企业应急管理能力的驱动因素,利用结构方程模型实证分析建筑施工企业应急管理组织驱动因素→应急管理能力→应急管理效果的影响路径。结果表明,应急管理组织制度、组织资源、组织领导、组织结构、组织运行机制、组织文化对应急管理能力均起到驱动作用;应急协同能力和应急保障能力显著影响建筑施工企业应急管理效果;组织领导和组织文化、组织运行机制之间有互为因果的关联路径。研究结论对于构建“组织驱动、技术赋能”的应急管理能力提升图景提供了新的启发。The uncertainty,suddenness,and complexity of construction accidents determine the importance of emergency management for construction enterprises.Based on the enterprise capability theory and task-oriented organization theory,this paper identifies the driving factors of emergency management capabilities for construction enterprises.Then,a structural equation model was used to analyze the influence path of organizational driving factors→emergency management capabilities→emergency management effectiveness of construction enterprises.The results indicate that emergency management organizational system,organizational resources,organizational leadership,organizational structure,organizational operation mechanism and organizational culture all play a driving role in emergency management capabilities.Emergency coordination capabilities and emergency support capabilities significantly affect the emergency management effectiveness of construction enterprises.Organizational leadership,organizational culture and organizational operation mechanisms are mutually causal and correlated paths.The research conclusion provides new inspiration for constructing an"organization-driven,technology-enabled"emergency management capability improvement landscape.
