摘　　要：脉冲放电氦离子化检测器是一种灵敏度极高的通用型检测器,对几乎所有无机和有机化合物均有很高的响应,它是一种能够检测至ng/g(10^(-9))级的检测器。脉冲放电氦离子化气相色谱仪特别适用于高纯氦、高纯氮、高纯氩的痕量杂质分析。通过确定色谱的最佳工作参数和切阀时间可以有效提高分析高纯氦、高纯氮、高纯氩杂质的检测效率和准确度,适用于工业连续性检验。PDHID(pulsed discharge helium ionization detector)is a kind of universal detector with high sensitivity and high response to almost all inorganic and organic compounds.It is a kind of detector that can detect up to ng/g(10^(-9))level.PDHID is especially suitable for the analysis of trace impurities in high purity helium,high purity nitrogen and high purity argon.By determining the best working parameters of the chromatography and the valve switching time,the detection efficiency and accuracy of analyzing high purity helium,high purity nitrogen and high purity argon impurities are effectively improved,which is suitable for industrial continuity examination.
