摘　　要：文章主要介绍了段尧清教授2023年国家社会科学基金重大项目中标选题“数字政府建设成效测度与评价的理论、方法及应用研究”的相关研究内容。首先阐述了数字政府建设的背景,明确了数字政府建设成效测度与评价的意义和必要性;然后梳理了数字政府评价相关的研究进展,找到了已有研究存在的问题与突破空间;接着介绍了本课题总体研究框架和主要研究内容,总结了研究思路和主要研究方法;最后提出本课题的重点、难点与创新之处。The article mainly introduces the relevant research contents of Professor Duan Yaoqing's 2023 National Social Science Fund Major Project winning title"Research on Theories,Methods and Applications of Measurement and Evaluation of Digital Government Construction Effectiveness".Firstly,it elaborates on the background of digital government construction,and clarifies the significance and necessity of measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of digital government construction.Then it sorts out the research progress related to digital government evaluation,and finds out the problems and breakthrough space in existing researches;it introduces the overall research framework and main research contents of this topic,and summarizes the research ideas and main research methods.Finally,it proposes the key points,difficulties and innovations of this project.
