摘 要:受液压阀门工作状态推力扭矩转换关系的影响,导致阀位开度控制偏差较大。为提高阀门阀位开度的控制精度,提出基于LoRa技术的液压阀门阀位开度控制方法。根据液压阀门的具体结构分析阀门开度控制时的影响因素,以此确定了当前阀门的工作状态,基于分析结果,结合LoRa技术设计用于阀位开度控制的自动化控制方法,确定阀位开度控制流程,基于PI控制原理完成构建模型中的开度控制器设计,并在其中引入OF控制器实施修正PI开度控制器的控制偏差,以此实现液压阀门阀位开度自动化控制。实验结果表明,使用该方法开展阀位开度控制时,控制效果好、性能高。Due to the influence of the thrust torque conversion relationship of the hydraulic valve working state,the valve position opening control deviation is large.In order to improve the control accuracy of valve position opening,a control method of hydraulic valve position opening based on LoRa technology is proposed.Based on the specific structure of hydraulic valve,the influence factors of valve opening control are analyzed,and the current working state of the valve is determined;Based on the analysis results and LoRa technology,the automatic control model for valve position opening control is established,and the valve position opening control process is determined;Based on the PI control principle,the opening controller design in the construction model is completed,and the OF controller is introduced to correct the control deviation of the PI opening controller,so as to realize the automatic control of the hydraulic valve position opening.The experimental results show that the control effect is good and the performance is high when using this method to control the valve position and opening.
