摘 要:为了解决某核电机组二次滤网主轴包静密封漏水故障,采用性能测试、力学及有限元分析方法寻找二次滤网主轴包静密封失效原因。研究结果表明,主轴包静密封失效的根本原因是该处密封设计不合理,使得该密封圈运行时承受周期性外力作用,导致密封圈的疲劳老化,最终造成静密封失效。对此,提出了针对性的设计改进,提高了二次滤网主轴包静密封的密封可靠性。In order to solve water leakage malfunction of the twice filter equipment for some nuclear power plant unit,making use of the performance testing and finite-element analysis method to find the malfunction reason of the static seal for chief axis package of the twice filter equipment.The result show that the malfunction root reason is that the static seal for chief axis package design unreasonably,the static seal for chief axis package of the twice filter equipment was standing external force when the twice filter equipment was operating,and leaded to the seal ring fatigue,finally caused the seal malfunction.Thus,put forward Well-directed design improvement,enhanced the static seal reliability for chief axis package of the twice filter equipment.
