摘  要:基于12个耐盐性状,在萌发期和苗期耐盐性鉴定的基础上,综合分析了64份向日葵种质资源的耐盐特点。结果表明,盐胁迫对向日葵整个生长过程都有着明显的影响,向日葵的种子具有一定的耐盐性,并能够在一定程度上抵抗盐胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。MDA含量、脯氨酸含量和膜透性与向日葵的耐盐性呈负相关;光合速率、地下干物重、发芽势、地上干物重、株高、叶面积、出苗率、发芽率和叶绿素含量与向日葵的耐盐性呈正相关。通过因子分析,从12个性状中归纳了5个公共因子,它们的盐胁迫累积贡献率为84.058%。通过聚类分析,从64份向日葵种质资源中筛选出4份耐盐材料和7份盐敏材料。Based on the salt tolerance identification during germination and seedling stages with 12 salt tolerance traits,the salt tolerance characteristics of 64 Helianthus annuus germplasm resources were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that salt stress had a significant impact on the entire growth process of Helianthus annuus.Helianthus annuus seeds had certain salt tolerance and could resist the influence of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth to a certain extent.The MDA content,proline content,and membrane permeability were negatively correlated with the salt tolerance of Helianthus annuus,while the photosynthetic rate,underground dry matter weight,germination vigor,aboveground dry matter weight,plant height,leaf area,emergence rate,germination rate,and chlorophyll content were positively correlated with the salt tolerance of Helianthus annuus.By factor analysis,five common factors were identified from the 12 traits,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.058%under salt stress.Through cluster analysis,four salt-tolerant materials and seven salt-sensitive materials were selected from the 64 Helianthus annuus germplasm resources.
