摘 要:针对寒区堆石混凝土坝内外温差引起坝体裂缝问题,以东庄二道坝为依托,基于工程图纸进行网格划分和三维建模,进行三维有限元模型计算,对堆石混凝土重力坝温度应力场进行仿真分析,并结合工程实测数据进行参数反演标定。结果表明:施工期坝体拉应力在冬季呈现较高水平,拉应力主要出现在坝体上下游面一定厚度的表层区,尤以中下部高程的抗冲耐磨混凝土拉应力最大;在冬季内部拉应力明显高于坝的两侧,两个坝段宽度方向均出现超过允许应力的情况。建议将短缝加深四层有限元单元,坝体稳定性得到较大提高,工程量相对较小,既安全又经济,为最优方案。In view of the crack problem caused by the temperature difference between inside and outside of the rockfill concrete dam in cold region,based on the Dongzhuang second dam,the grid division and 3D modeling are carried out based on the engineering drawings,and the 3D finite element model calculation is carried out,the temperature stress field of rock-fill concrete gravity dam is simulated and analyzed,and the parameters of the dam are calibrated with the measured data.The results show that the tensile stress of the dam body presents a high level in winter,and the tensile stress mainly appears in the upper and lower surface of the dam body in winter,the internal tensile stress is obviously higher than the two sides of the dam,and the width direction of the two dam sections exceeds the allowable stress.It is suggested that deepening the short joint with four-layer finite element method can greatly improve the dam stability,and the project amount is relatively small.
