摘 要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为单体,使用乳液聚合技术合成了水性羟基丙烯酸乳胶,并利用FT-IR、DSC对其进行了表征。然后使用HDI型异氰酸酯作为固化剂,配制了水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。采用FT-IR、盖尔分率、性能测试等手段,对获得的水性双组分聚氨酯涂层的分子结构、硬度、耐化学品性、固化剂用量、交联密度等进行了分析讨论。结果表明:以自制的水性羟基丙烯酸乳胶配制而成的水性双组分聚氨酯涂料,当使用固化剂比例为n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.3时,涂层的交联密度最大,硬度、耐化学品性等表现最佳。另外,施工和养护条件是决定水性双组分聚氨酯涂料固化反应程度和涂层性能优劣的重要因素。In this paper,waterborne hydroxyl acrylic latex was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using styrene(St),butyl acrylate(BA),methyl methacrylate(MMA)and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA)as monomers.The emulsion was characterized by FT-IR and DSC.Then,using HDI type isocyanate as curing agent,the waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings were prepared.The hardness,molecular structure,chemical resistance,curing agent dosage and crosslinking density of the waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings were studied by FT-IR,Gale fraction and performance test.The results show that when the ratio of curing agent is n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.3,the crosslinking density,hardness and chemical resistance of the coatings are the highest,for the waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings prepared with self-made hydroxyl acrylic latex.In addition,the construction and curing conditions are important factors to determine the curing reaction degree and coatings performance of water-borne two-component polyurethane coatings.
