摘　　要：万力生教授认为小儿遗尿症的主要病因病机是肾气不足,下元虚寒,以致膀胱气化功能失常,开阖无节,故治以温肾祛寒、缩尿止遗。万教授认为人体是一个有机的整体,体内脏腑与体表密切关联,同时个人的生活习惯、行为方式及心理因素等也都可以影响一个人的脏腑,故治疗本病不仅注重内外兼治,还注重对儿童行为、心理的治疗。在多年临床工作中总结出中药+针灸+推拿+行为+调护的“五位一体”疗法,临床疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor WAN Lisheng believes that the main etiology of pediatric enuresis is insufficient kidney qi and coldness in the lower part of abdomen,resulting in bladder qi malfunction,opening and closing of the bladder,and the treatment is to warm the kidneys to dispel the cold,and to shrink urine to stop enuresis.Professor WAN be-lieves that the human body is an organic whole,and the internal organs are closely related to the body surface.At the same time,personal habits,behavior and psychological factors can also affect a person’s internal organs.Therefore,the treatment of this disease not only focuses on both internal and external treatment,but also focuses on the treat-ment of children’s behavior and psychology.After years of clinical work,he has summarized the“five aspects to-gether”therapy of Chinese medicine+acupuncture and moxibustion+massage+behavior+care,which has significant clinical effects.One case is presented for verification.
