摘　　要：酸甘化阴法是中医传统性味合化理论的典型代表,查阅相关文献,总结酸甘化阴法在小儿泄泻、便秘、厌食症、腹痛、抽动症、汗证、咳喘、夜啼等多种疾病中的运用。旨在通过认识酸甘化阴法在中医临床遣药组方中的重要指导意义和配伍内涵,并结合临床随证加减,灵活运用,以取得满意疗效。Paring acidic and glycine medicine in combination is a typical representative of the traditional Chi-nese medicine theory of combining flavours and tastes.We reviewed the relevant literature and summarized the appli-cation of paring acidic and glycine medicine in combination in a variety of clinical diseases,such as pediatric diar-rhoea,constipation,anorexia,abdominal pain,tics,sweating,coughing and night cries,and so on.The aim is to a-chieve satisfactory therapeutic effects by understanding the important guiding significance and compatibility connota-tion of paring acidic and glycine medicine in combination in the clinical prescription of traditional Chinese medi-cine,and combining it with clinical syndrome differentiation and flexible application.
