摘  要:目的采用近红外光谱技术建立麝香接骨胶囊的快速鉴别方法。方法采集麝香接骨胶囊在12000~4000 cm^(-1)谱段范围内的近红外光谱,利用OPUS 7.8光谱分析软件进行处理,采用一阶导数法建立定性模型、采用一阶导数加矢量归一法建立聚类分析模型、采用二阶导数法建立一致性模型。结果建立的定性模型可以快速鉴别麝香接骨胶囊的真伪,聚类分析模型与一致性模型可以区分厂家。结论本研究建立的模型为麝香接骨胶囊的鉴别、区分提供新的方法,为麝香接骨胶囊的生产工艺和产品质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish a rapid identification method for Shexiang Jiegu capsules based on near-infrared spectroscopy.Methods The near-infrared spectra of Shexiang Jiegu capsules within the range of 12000-4000 cm^(-1) were collected before being processed with OPUS 7.8 spectrum analysis software.The first-order derivative was used to establish a qualitative model and combined with the vector normalization method to establish a cluster analysis model.The second-order derivative method was used to establish a consistency model.Results The established qualitative model could quickly confirm the authenticity of Shexiang Jiegu capsules.The cluster analysis model and consistency model could distinguish the manufacturers.Conclusion The model established in this study offers a new method for the identification and distinction of Shexiang Jiegu capsules,which is expected to facilitate production and quality control of such capsules.
