摘　　要：反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)可以在细胞水平实现表皮和真皮浅层的三维成像,与皮肤病理检查的一致性较好,对于皮肤病的筛检意义重大,尽管已经在国内外临床实践中广泛应用了20年,但不同医疗机构RCM检查质量参差不齐,这与缺乏统一相关的质控标准(如:操作流程、图像和图像报告质量等)有直接关系。本专家共识在汇总、分析RCM国内外应用现状的基础上,梳理RCM检查的主要环节及具体步骤,聚焦质控重点,以期提升RCM检查的规范化与同质化,服务本专业学科发展及民众健康。Reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)can achieve three⁃dimensional imaging of epidermis and superficial dermis at the cell resolution,which is well correlated with skin pathology,and is of great significance for screening of skin diseases.Although it has been worldwidely used in clinical practice for 20 years,the quality of RCM examination in different medical institutions is uneven due to the lack of unified quality control standards in operating procedures,quality ofimage and image reports.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current application status of RCM,this expert consensus sorts out the main links and specific steps of RCM inspection,focuses on quality control key points,to improve the standardization and homogenization of RCM inspection,serve the development of this professional discipline and public health.
