摘　　要：本文系统的介绍了国医大师王庆国辨治脂溢性脱发的经验。王庆国教授认为脱发之本在肝肾,湿热瘀血兼夹为标,风邪为致病的主要因素。在治疗上,应辨证施治,清补兼施,补益肝肾,滋养精血治其本;清利湿热,活血化瘀治其标;选用风药,升阳为引首当其冲。另外,王教授善重用木瓜的酸收之性以养肝血,并根据症状灵活加减用药,辅以中药外洗和心理疏导,疗效颇佳。This article systematically introduces the Chinese medical master Wang Qingguo′s experience in seborrheic alopecia treatment.Prof.Wang Qingguo believes that hair loss lies in the liver and kidney with dampness,heat and blood stasis as the symptoms,and wind as the main factor causing the disease.In treatment,it is necessary to identify the syrdrome and use both clearing and tonifying methods like tonifying the liver and kidney,nourishing the essence and blood to treat the root;clearing dampness and heat,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis to treat the symptoms;the use of medicines with wind element,Yang for the lead to take the brunt of it.In addition,Prof.Wang is famous for using the acidic and receptive nature of papaya to nourish liver and blood and adding and subtracting medicines according to the symptoms flexibly with Chinese medicine external cleansing and psychological guidance in an effectve way.
