超分子水杨酸联合多西环素治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察超分子水杨酸联合多西环素及夫西地酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法收集2022年7月—2023年4月湖州市第一医院皮肤科门诊的寻常痤疮患者70例,用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予多西环素口服及夫西地酸乳膏外用治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予超分子水杨酸治疗,2周1次,共4次。结果观察组有效30例,有效率为85.71%;对照组有效22例,有效率为62.86%。观察组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.786,P<0.05)。结论超分子水杨酸联合多西环素及夫西地酸治疗中重度痤疮疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline and fusidic acid cream in treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods Seventy patients with moderate and severe acne visiting Department of Dermatology,the First People′s Hospital of Huzhou from July 2022 to April 2023,were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given medication,including oral doxycycline and topical fusidic acid cream while the observation group was treated with medication combined with supramolecular salicylic acid used once every two weeks and a total of four times.Results The efficacy of the observation group(85.71%,30/35)was better than that of the control group(62.86%,22/35),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.786,P<0.05).Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline and fusidic acid cream is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne,which is worth popularizing.
