摘　　要：报告2例年轻男性,全身散在褐色斑疹和斑片,躯干部为主,无自觉痒痛等症状,皮肤镜见棕黄色背景,褐色色素颗粒,病理提示网篮状角化过度,基底细胞色素增加,真皮浅层噬黑素细胞,诊断为特发性发疹性斑状色素沉着(IEMP)。本文通过文献回顾,对IEMP等一大类色素沉着性皮肤病的鉴别诊断进行了归纳,提出皮肤镜在该病的鉴别诊断和严重程度评估上有一定意义。Two young boys presented with small brown macules on their trunk primarily.Physical examination revealed the absence of pain,itch or other conscious symptoms.Dermoscopic examination showed brownish pigment granule over brown⁃yellow background.Pathological examination suggested basket weave hyperkeratosis,hyperpigmentation of the basal layer of the epidermis and prominent dermal melanophages.Key points of the differential diagnosis of hyperpigmentary skin disorders are concluded by reviewing available literature.Dermoscopy can also assist in the differential diagnosis and the assessment of the severity of IEMP to a certain extent.
