摘　　要：患者女,69岁,四肢皮疹不伴痛痒1个月。皮肤科情况:双前臂伸侧及膝关节大小不等暗红色皮下结节,触之质地略硬,活动度差,境界尚清,皮温轻度升高。皮损组织病理示:真皮中下部多个上皮样细胞团块浸润,可见多核巨细胞,未见干酪样坏死,部分团块呈裸结节。抗酸染色、PAS染色均阴性。诊断:Darrier-Roussy型结节病。A 69⁃year⁃old female presented with rashes on the limbs without pain and itching for 1 month.Dermatological examination showed that dark red subcutaneous nodules of varying sizes on the extended sides of both forearms and knee joints,with slightly hard texture and poor mobility,clear boundary,and slight increase in skin temperature.Histopathology of the lesion showed that numerous epithelioid cell granuloma and some multinucleated giant cells in the mid and deep dermis wtih no caseous necrosis were found,and some of the nodules are naked tubercle.Neither acid⁃fast nor PAS staining was positive.The diagnosis of sarcoidosis of Darrier⁃Roussy was made.
