摘　　要：现代性与建筑是双向、共生的关系,它们之间的有机互动共同推动了中国建筑现代化的发展。现代性本质上是现代建筑的价值根基,现代建筑是现代性在空间的动态映现。进入现代文明以来,建筑现代化虽然能够维护人们享有自由的权利和公共化的空间,但也在日益造就贫富分化和精神虚无等人的存在困境。因此,必须在现代性视野下构建物质富足与充满人性的建筑新形态,主要体现为优化资本重组,重构建筑现代性中资本运作逻辑;平衡多元利益,推动建筑现代性中的主体协作共治;实现空间正义,营造公平公正的建筑人居环境;突出文化表征,在建筑现代性中培育建筑共同体意识。Modernity and architecture have a bidirectional and symbiotic relationship,and their organic interaction has jointly promoted the development of Chinese architectural modernization.Modernity is essentially the value foundation of modern architecture,and modern architecture is the dynamic reflection of modernity in space.Since entering modern civilization,although architectural modernization can maintain people's freedom and public space,it has also increasingly created the dilemma of wealth differentiation and spiritual nihility.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a new form of architecture that is abundant material and full of human nature from the perspective of modernity,mainly reflected in optimizing capital restructuring and reconstructing the logic of capital operation in architectural modernity;balancing diverse interests and promoting subject collaboration and co-governance in architectural modernity;achieving spatial justice and creating a fair and just architectural living environment;highlighting cultural representation and cultivating a sense of architectural community in architectural modernity.
