摘 要:光伏与农业结合发展,可以在农用地上复合利用光伏发电,其中在农业设施塑料大棚上应用较为广泛。为实现桁架拱塑料大棚光伏发电的功能,结合实际生产情况确定光伏板敷设在大棚骨架上的布置位置,计算出大棚骨架所受荷载,本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件对大棚结构进行三维建模,对改造前和改造后的大棚骨架进行有限元分析。结果表明,改造前光伏板直接安装在塑料大棚骨架上,在风雪天气安全使用效果较差;而改造后20.5 kg的光伏板可直接设置在桁架拱塑料大棚上,可以安全使用。改造使用的加固方法可适用于基本风压0.39 k N/m^(2)、基本雪压0.66 k N/m^(2)的其他地区。The combination of photovoltaic and agricultural development can enable the composite utilization of photovoltaic power generation on agricultural land,with plastic greenhouses in agricultural facilities being more widely used.To achieve the function of photovoltaic power generation in truss arched plastic greenhouses,the layout position of photovoltaic panels laid on the greenhouse framework is determined based on actual production conditions,and the load on the greenhouse framework is calculated.This article used ABAQUS finite element software to conduct three-dimensional modeling of greenhouse structures and finite element analysis of the greenhouse skeleton before and after renovation.The results showed that before the renovation,the photovoltaic panels were directly installed on the plastic greenhouse framework,and the safety effect was poor in windy and snowy weather;After the renovation,a 20.5 kg photovoltaic panel can be directly installed on the plastic greenhouse of the truss arch,which can be used safely.The reinforcement method used in the renovation can be applied to other areas with a basic wind pressure of 0.39 kN/m^(2) and a basic snow pressure of 0.66 kN/m^(2).
