摘 要:文章综述了近10年聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)纤维的原料、合成、纺丝成形及产品加工等环节的关键技术进展,得出:生物基原料以及生物化工技术的应用对进一步降低PBT原料成本具有优势;优化PBT合成工艺、采用新型耐水解钛系催化剂有利于降低产品生产成本、提升产品性能;直接纺丝将成为提升PBT纤维综合竞争力的有效途径,单丝、复合纺丝、熔喷等纤维成形技术将获得长足进步;应用技术的发展将帮助PBT纤维开拓技术纺织品新市场,市场前景可期。This paper reviews the major technological advancements in the raw materials,synthesis,spinning and forming,and product processing of PBT fibers over the last 10 years.It concludes that:the use of bio-based raw materials and biochemical technology offers significant advantages in reducing PBT raw material costs;optimal PBT synthesis processes and the use of new hydrolysis-resistant titanium catalysts are also beneficial for cost reduction and product performance improvement;direct spinning is an effective measure to enhance the overall competitiveness of PBT fiber,and advancements in monofilament spinning,composite spinning,and melt-blown spinning are expected.Furthermore,the advancement of application technology will aid in opening new markets for technical textiles using PBT fiber,leading to promising market prospects.
