摘　　要：文章介绍了JWF1109型单轴流开棉机的基本结构及工作过程,简述了该设备的技术特点,并对落棉及后道设备生条、成纱等指标进行了分析。生产实践的结果表明,JWF1109型单轴流开棉机提高了清梳联中第一个落杂点的清洁效率,设备运行平稳可靠,各成纱指标均达到了较高水平,得到了下游用户的认可。This paper introduces the basic structure and working process of the JWF1109 single roller opener,as well as its technical characteristics.It also analyzes the noil and the indexes of card sliver and yarn formation in the subsequent process.The results of production practice indicate that the JWF1109 single roller opener has improved the cleaning efficiency of the first impurity drop area in the blowing-carding unit.In addition to being smooth,reliable,and having high yarn-forming indexes,downstream users also recognize the JWF1109 single roller opener.
