摘  要:本研究基于动态热机械分析仪(DMA)进行低温小梁弯曲松弛试验,采用松弛速率和松弛时间评价了4种沥青结合料的松弛特性;采用弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)、单边缺口梁弯曲试验(SENB)测试评价了沥青结合料的低温性能;基于Person相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数分析了沥青结合料松弛特性与低温抗裂性能的相关性。研究结果表明,温度越低,沥青结合料的松弛性能越差。同时,4种沥青结合料的松弛速率与其低温性能指标相关性显著,松弛时间与低温性能指标相关性较差;沥青结合料断裂时最大位移与松弛性能指标相关性显著,对应温度下λ与松弛性能指标的相关性较好。采用松弛特性指标可以进一步表征沥青结合料的低温性能。In order to study the effects of relaxation characteristics of asphalt binders on its low-temperature performance,beam bending relaxation test was conducted through dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA)at low temperatures.The relaxation characteristics of four asphalt binders were further evaluated by relaxation rate and relaxation time.In addition,the low temperature performance of asphalt binders was evaluated by bending beam rheometer(BBR)and single notch beam bending(SENB)tests.The correlation between the relaxation characteristics of asphalt binders and their low-temperature cracking resistance was evaluated based on Person’s correlation coefficient and Spearman rank correlation coefficient.The results showed that the lower the temperature is,the worse was the relaxation performance of asphalt binders.Meanwhile,there was an excellent correlation between the relaxation rates and the low temperature property indexes.However,the relaxation time presented a poor correlation with lowtemperature performance indexes.The maximum displacement of asphalt binders during fracture process andλat the corresponding temperature showed a desired correlation with the relaxation performance indexes.Therefore,the relaxation characteristic indexes can be further utilized to investigate the low-temperature performance of asphalt binders.
