摘 要:PET泡沫作为一种典型的热塑性泡沫材料,具有优异的力学性能及环保可回收特性,这使其在航空航天、船舶、轨道交通等领域具有较广泛的应用前景。PET泡沫单轴压缩性能受温度及应变率影响显著,然而目前依然缺乏可作为其工程分析与建模基础的足够的实验数据。为此,基于单轴压缩工况,开展了温度(20~100℃)和应变率(10-3~150 s-1)对其力学性能影响的研究。实验结果表明:PET泡沫具有温度软化效应和应变率敏感效应,其单轴压缩性能在玻璃化转变温度前后下降较为明显,动态压缩相较于准静态压缩力学性能有所提升。最后,基于实验数据,建立可以预测PET泡沫在不同温度下准静态压缩应力-应变关系的本构模型。本研究能够为PET泡沫材料的工程应用提供结构设计的基础数据和本构模型。As a typical thermoplastic foam material,PET foam has excellent mechanical properties and environmental recyclability,which makes it have great application prospects in aerospace,shipbuilding,rail transit and other fields.The uniaxial-compression performance of PET foam will be significantly affected by temperature and strain rate.However,there is still a lack of sufficient experimental data,which is the basis for its engineering analysis and modeling of PET foam.Thus,an experimental study on PET foam in uniaxial compression is conducted to reveal the effects of temperature(20-100℃)and strain rate(10-3 to 150 s-1)on the mechanical properties.The experimental results show that the PET foam exhibits temperature softening and strain-rate sensibility.The uniaxial compression property decreases sharply around the glass transition temperature,and the dynamic compressive properties are slightly improved for PET foam compared with the quasi-static compression.Finally,a constitutive model is developed based on the experimental data,in order to predict the quasi-static compressive stress-strain responses of PET foam at different temperatures.This study can provide the basic data and constitutive model of structural design of PET foam in the engineering application.
