摘 要:以中药渣作为原料,用ZnCl 2作为活化试剂,通过试验得出浸渍比、浸渍浓度、活化时间、活化温度对于活性炭吸附性能的影响,研究出综合性能较高的制备活性炭的工艺。选取中药渣,经预处理后,用不同浓度ZnCl 2溶液按照不同的浸渍比在室温下浸渍16 h,再经过干燥、活化、碳化等步骤制备成活性炭。当比例为3∶1(mL·g^(-1))的浸渍比、45%的活化剂的质量分数、600℃的活化温度、90 min的活化时间时,ZnCl 2试剂作为活化剂制备的活性炭的吸附能力最强,可成为中药渣资源化利用探索的新途径。Using traditional Chinese medicine residue as raw material and ZnCl_(2)as the activation reagent,the effect of impregnation ratio,impregnation concentration,activation time and activation temperature on the adsorption performance of activated carbon was obtained through experiments,and the process of preparing activated carbon with high comprehensive performance was studied.Chinese medicine residue was selected,and after pretreatment,different concentrations of ZnCl_(2)solution were impregnated at room temperature for 16 h according to different impregnation ratios,and then prepared into activated carbon by drying,activation,carbonization and other steps.The results showed that when the impregnation ratio of 3∶1(mL·g^(-1)),the mass fraction of the activator was 45%,the activation temperature was 600℃,and the activation time was 90 min,the adsorption capacity of activated carbon prepared by ZnCl_(2)reagent as an activator was the strongest,which could become a new way to explore the resource utilization of Chinese medicine slag.
