摘  要:电镀作为一种传统强化模具性能的方式,其对模具寿命的提升也是显而易见的。模具的质量与制件质量紧密相关。许多模具(如压铸模)的表面必须进行电镀,以提高其综合性能。传统的镀铬技术尽管工艺成熟,质量稳定,但其生产过程并不环保,甚至严重污染环境。因此保护环境,探索清洁生产的可替代电镀方法相应而生。概述了模具的主要类型、电镀法对模具寿命产生的影响,并使用实验制备镍钴合金镀层,以期提高模具性能及使用寿命。As a traditional way to strengthen the performance of molds,and its improvement of mold life is also obvious.The quality of the mold is closely related to the quality of the parts.The surface of many dies(such as die casting dies)must be plated to improve their overall performance.Although the traditional chrome plating technology has mature technology and stable quality,its production process is not environmentally friendly,serious pollution of the environment.Therefore,alternative electroplating methods to eliminate pollution,protect the environment,and clean production are born accordingly.The main types of molds and the influence of electroplating methods on the life of molds was summarized,and experiments was used to prepare nickel-cobalt alloy coatings in order to improve the quality of coatings,improve mold defects,and improve service life.
