摘 要:采用电渗析法对N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和氯化钙溶剂体系进行脱盐处理。对脱盐前的预处理、工艺流程、中试成本进行分析,确定膜除盐的特性以及评判实际应用的可行性。结果表明:两级絮凝加两级过滤可达到电渗析进水要求,盐脱除率95%以上,溶液电导率降至4000μs/cm以下。通过控制浓水与盐水的压差,NMP的损失率降到2%以下。中试运行成本和环境分析表明电渗析法工艺可以减少其他溶剂回收方法造成的NMP损失量大和环保问题,具有实际应用前景。The solvent system of N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)and calcium chloride was desalted by electrodialysis.The pretreatment,process flow and pilot cost before desalting were analyzed to determine the characteristics of membrane desalting and to evaluate the feasibility of practical application.The results showed that two-stage flocculation plus two-stage filtration could meet the requirements of electrodialysis inlet water,the salt removal rate was above 95%,and the solution conductivity was below 4000μs/cm.By controlling the pressure difference between concentrated water and salt water,the NMP loss rate was reduced to less than 2%.The pilot cost and environmental analysis showed that the electrodialysis process could reduce the large amount of NMP loss and environmental problems caused by other solvent recovery methods,and had a practical application prospect.
