摘　　要：工业水处理领域缓蚀阻垢剂的应用非常普遍,但针对复杂水质高效降低工业管道腐蚀及结垢的专用缓蚀阻垢剂应用较少。综合评价了缓蚀阻垢剂D-705A不同条件下的缓蚀阻垢性能,对比D-705A与其他阻垢剂对碳酸钙、硫酸钙的阻垢效果,D-705A对硫酸钙的阻垢率明显高于其他阻垢剂,对碳酸钙的阻垢率略高于其他阻垢剂,阻垢性能优异;评价了D-705A对A3碳钢及304不锈钢的静态缓蚀率及动态腐蚀率,综合缓蚀效果突出;同时探讨了D-705A在不同场景下的应用状态。The application of corrosion and scale inhibitors is very common in the field of industrial water treatment,but the application of special corrosion and scale inhibitors for reducing the corrosion and scaling of industrial pipelines is less.The corrosion and scale inhibition performance of corrosion and scale inhibitor D-705A under different conditions was comprehensively evaluated,and the scale inhibition effects of D-705A and other scale inhibitors on calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate were compared,the scale inhibition rate of D-705A to calcium sulfate was obviously higher than other scale inhibitors,and the scale inhibition rate to calcium carbonate was slightly higher than other scale inhibitors.The static and dynamic corrosion inhibition rates of D-705A for A3 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel were evaluated,and the comprehensive corrosion inhibition effect was outstanding.At the same time,the application status of D-705A in different scenarios was discussed.
