摘 要:针对高氨氮废水氨氮含量高、难生化的特性,采用流程模拟软件对氨氮含量19000 mg/L以上的废水汽提脱氨过程进行建模与模拟,并对汽提过程的原水pH调节值、脱氨塔理论塔板数、进料位置、蒸汽流量等进行灵敏度分析。结果表明:控制原水pH值11.6以上、脱氨塔理论板数15层、塔顶部进料、且在负压下操作,脱氨系统蒸汽消耗为150 kg/吨废水,处理后的脱氨废水氨氮排放浓度降至1 mg/L以下,并可回收生产18wt%以上的氨水产品,实现了资源的循环利用。Process simulation technology was carried out for stripping and deamination process of high ammonia nitrogen content and difficult biochemical treatment wastewater with 19000 mg/L of ammoniacal nitrogen,and the sensitivity analysis was carried out on the wastewater pH value,theoretical stages,feed stage,steam flow rate,etc.The results showed that the pH value of wastewater was above 11.6,the theoretical stages was 15,feed stage was at the top of the tower,and the tower was operated under negative pressure,the steam consumption was 150 kg/ton wastewater,the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the deamination wastewater was below 1 mg/L.Process could produce ammonia products above 18wt%.
