摘 要:介绍了熔模铸造的重要性工艺流程方法。为了提高熔模铸造铸件的质量,需要对影响蜡膜尺寸精度以及表面因素进行控制。结合生产实例,并通过故障树分析法和鱼刺图分析法,查找尺寸超差的原因,分析出中温蜡和低温蜡对质量的影响,得出低温蜡与中温蜡的收缩率区别。切实地解决了生产中的质量隐患,使铸件的品质得到提升,达到精铸件质量控制要求。Firstly,the importance and the investment casting technology were introduced.It was needed to control factors which effected dimension precision and surface quality of wax patterns for improving the qualities of wax mold casting.Through fault tree analysis and fishbone diagram,the reason of out of tolerance size was found,the influence of medium temperature wax and low temperature wax on quality was obtained,and the difference of shrinkage rate between low temperature wax and medium temperature wax was obtained.It solved the quality hidden trouble in the production.The quality of the casting was promoted,and the quality control purpose of precision casting was achieved.
