摘　　要：落实科教融合协同育人,培养创新性本科人才,是高等教育强国建设的有力支撑。结合前期大量科研工作,文章设计了利用磷脂盘进行膜蛋白体外重组进而制备功能性材料的综合研究型实验。实验以能够启动凝血的组织因子作为模型膜蛋白,通过引入类似生物膜的磷脂盘结构,赋予它稳定的微环境,使它能发挥自身优越的功能,并一步将两者组装体制成新型高效止血材料。由于膜蛋白功能的多样性,该实验为设计和开发众多用途的复合材料奠定了良好基础。本实验连贯性强,具有鲜明的生物学、材料学和化学融合特色,有利于拓展学生视野,提高学生科研探索能力,培养学生创新意识和解决问题的综合能力。Implementing the integration of science and teaching and cultivating innovative undergraduates is a strong support for the construction of a powerful country in higher education.An innovative comprehensive experiment of using lipid nanodisk was designed to reconstitute membrane protein in vitro and then prepared functional materials,based on much early scientific research work.Tissue factor,which initiated blood coagulation,was used as a model membrane protein.The introduction of lipid nanodisc could provide a favorable microenvironment that stabilizing the protein and facilitates its superior function of coagulation.The lipidated tissue factor was further developed into hemostatic materials.Due to the diversity of membrane protein functions,this experiment laid a good foundation for the design and development of composites for many purposes.This experiment had strong coherence and distinctive interdisciplinary characteristics of Biology,Material Science and Chemistry,which was conducive to expand students vision,improve students scientific research and exploration ability,and cultivate students innovative consciousness and comprehensive ability to solve problems.
