摘 要:以目前世界上最大跨度的某钢桁梁斜拉桥空间钻石形桥塔为依托,对目前世界上首台万吨米级W12000-450型塔吊的附墙设计及附墙与钢塔的耦合作用进行系统研究。基于桥塔的施工工艺及现场结构布置,确定了塔吊的位置及附墙布置。通过建立桥塔与塔吊的施工阶段有限元模型,确定出塔吊附墙对钢塔的最不利荷载。在此基础上,利用钢塔T5节段局部分析有限元模型,对塔吊附墙与钢塔耦合效应进行分析。基于附墙对钢塔的作用效果分析,提出了钢塔T5节段的局部加固方案,对其加固效果进行了分析。研究表明:在最不利塔吊附墙荷载作用下,钢塔T5节段局部最大Mises应力为335 MPa,大于其材料容许应力312 MPa,需要对其进行局部加固。加固后,钢塔T5节段局部最大Mises应力降低至185 MPa,局部应力和变形均满足要求。Based on the spatial diamond-shaped bridge tower of a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with the largest span in the world,the design of the attached wall of the world's first 10,000-ton meter W12000-450 tower crane and the coupling effect between the attached wall and the steel tower are systematically studied.Based on the construction technology and site structure arrangement of the bridge tower,the position of the tower crane and the arrangement of the attached wall are determined.By establishing the finite element model of bridge tower and tower crane in construction stage,the most unfavorable load of tower crane attachment wall to steel tower is determined.On this basis,the finite element model of local analysis of T5 section of steel tower is used to analyze the coupling effect of tower crane attachment wall and steel tower.Based on the analysis of the effect of the attached wall on the steel tower,the local reinforcement scheme of the T5 section of the steel tower is proposed,and the reinforcement effect is analyzed.The research shows that under the most unfavorable tower crane attached wall load,the local maximum Mises stress of the steel tower T5 segment is 335 MPa,which is greater than the allowable stress of its material 312 MPa,and it needs to be locally reinforced.After reinforcement,the local maximum Mises stress of the steel tower T5 segment is reduced to 185 MPa,and the local stress and deformation meet the requirements.
