摘 要:为解决用AlH_(3)替代Al粉导致的固体推进剂药浆粘度增加、流变性能恶化等问题,采用流变学测试方法研究了AlH_(3)含量对于固体推进剂药浆流变性能的影响,如药浆粘度、动态模量、触变性、温度等。结果表明:推进剂药浆的表观粘度与AlH_(3)的含量存在很强的正相关性;AlH_(3)含量为16%推进剂药浆的剪切速率高于临界剪切速率后出现了“熔体破裂”现象;AlH_(3)的加入可以提高推进剂药浆的储能模量,增强其可逆弹性形变,改善其触变性;AlH_(3)含量越高,剪切速率指数与粘流活化能越小,推进剂药浆粘度对剪切速率和温度的敏感性越低;AlH_(3)含量8%时,药浆粘流活化能随AlH_(3)含量的升高而显著降低,AlH_(3)含量高于8%后,药浆粘流活化能基本不随AlH_(3)的含量而变化。In order to solve the problems of viscosity increase and deterioration of rheological properties of solid propellant slurry caused by replacing Al powder with AlH_(3),the effects of AlH_(3) content on the rheological properties of solid propellant slurry,such as viscosity,dynamic modulus,thixotropy and temperature,were studied by rheological test method.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the apparent viscosity of the propellant slurry and the content of AlH_(3);when the shear rate of the propellant slurry with 16%AlH_(3) content is higher than the critical shear rate,the phenomenon of“melt rupture”occurs;the addition of AlH_(3) can increase the storage modulus of the propellant slurry,enhance its reversible elastic deformation and improve its thixotropy;the higher the AlH_(3) content is,the smaller the shear rate index and the activation energy of viscosity are,and the lower the viscosity sensitivity of propellant slurry to the shear rate and temperature is;when the content of AlH_(3) is 8%,the viscosity activation energy decreases with the increase of AlH_(3) content;when the content of AlH_(3) is higher than 8%,the viscosity activation energy of the slurry does not change with the content of AlH_(3).
